THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MEVEI, INC.
BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.
1. Overview
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in the MEVEI Affiliate Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow a link between your web site and the Mevei.com web site. Please note that throughout this Agreement, “MEVEI”, "we," "us," and "our" refer to MEVEI, INC, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate.
2. About Our ProgramThe MEVEI Affiliate Program offers your visitors immediate access to the exciting, inspiring and one-of-a-kind products available at
www.mevei.com
As a MEVEI affiliate, you receive a percentage commission on every net sale (after any applicable discounts) as defined in the Affiliate Offers with a 60-day look-back for qualifying sales.
3. Getting StartedParticipating in the MEVEI Affiliate Program is easy! Click “Sign Up" and register through our affiliate program network.
After you complete the online application on the registration page, MEVEI will provide email approval within 48 hours. Once approved, you will access your account and begin selecting links you wish to display on your website and social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc).
Visitors access MEVEI products through links and banners placed on your site. Customers are tagged with a cookie to signify referral from your site. Payouts will be processed once the return period of 30 days has passed and your account will be credited for the applicable commission.
4. Term & ConditionsAs a participant in our affiliate program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
4.1. MEVEI reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny any application to the program
4.2. MEVEI reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to exclude any participant at any time from the program
4.3. MEVEI may discontinue the MEVEI Affiliate Program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income.
4.4. Gaming the system will lead to exclusion from the program and any commission earned will be revoked. This pertains to, but not exclusively, mass distribution of the referral link and/or code in any form as well as referring yourself.
4.5. You cannot refer existing MEVEI customers.
4.6. You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are MEVEI, INC or any other affiliated business.
4.7. You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of MEVEI or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of MEVEI.
4.8. The purchase must either be made through your unique referral link or involve your unique referral discount code in order for you to be credited. You will not earn your commission if the referred customer fails to do so and MEVEI is under no obligation to pay you a commission in such case.
4.9. You acknowledge and agree that MEVEI's determination will be final and binding with respect to the referring party's eligibility for any commission.
4.10. MEVEI reserves the right, at any time, to review your placement and approve the use of Your Links and require that you change the placement or use to comply with the guidelines provided to you.
4.11. The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent MEVEI's products and prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with MEVEI's products.
4.12. MEVEI reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate registration or activity. MEVEI, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay payment of any commission while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If MEVEI, in its sole discretion, concludes a registration was deceptive you agree that MEVEI will not be obligated to pay any commission for such registration.
4.13. It is entirely your responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to your site. You must have express permission to use any person's copyrighted material, whether it be a writing, an image, or any other copyrightable work. We will not be responsible (and you will be solely responsible) if you use another person's copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation of the law or any third party rights.
4.14. Payouts will be processed once the return period of 30 days has passed.
6. Commission Fees
MEVEI affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 10% for all net sales (after any applicable discount). Payouts will be processed once the return period of 30 days has passed. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations and erroneous order duplications. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill.
7. Legal Compliance
All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. MEVEI reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by MEVEI or Refersion. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion network.
